I am a graphic designer in NYC. A client wants me to quote for a new website. I am looking to outsource the project. She wants quotes for:
#1 - a fully custom site based on this design:
These are the requirements she lists:
1. Same number of pages as the reference site, excluding videos and blogs.
2. Style, with text layers floating over photos, same as reference site
3. Site needs to be up and running before end of February.
4. Designer (you and/or I) will arrange domain name, hosting, registration and provide updates.
5. Client will provide images, logos and content.
#2 - All the same details as above, done with a web host's templates. If she chooses this option, I would not need the work performed, but will need your input as a consultant.
All communication will go through me.
