Technical Support: VoIP/Tech Support/Help Desk (Monroe) - Outsource.com (Monroe, LA) in Monroe, Louisiana For Sale
Position is a help center type job. Our customers will be calling you with various support issues. We provide VoIP voice and internet services to our customers and support includes trouble shooting and coordinating with our carriers, SIP service providers and our dispatch technicians. Identifying what the source of the problem is and correcting it remotely, with the assistance of dispatch technician or coordinating with carrier.
Network Support Technician 10-20 hours/week. (including weekends) as required. $15 to $30/hr depending on experience
Familiarity and competence in the following areas:
Windows server Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP etc.
Exchange
SQL server and database
Firewall administration
Remote desktop and other means of remote access
Domain renewals and setup
Computer Maintenance
Helpdesk
Phone Support
Technical Support
