Responsibilities include review of imaging and other source systems to determine necessary authorization to complete assignments. You will ensure completed assignments are signed, witnessed, notarized under dual control, and submitted for Quality review. You must possess excellent time management and organizational skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to prioritize daily tasks. This is a Temp position Qualifications: Preferred - One or more years Mortgage Banking environment Preferred - Licensed Notary. Required- Knowledge of Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Strong working knowledge Chase Servicing / Production systems Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent telephone etiquette.
