Job Description
Coldwell Banker Group One Realty is currently hiring a part time realtor's personal assistant with possibility of obtaining more hours in the future. Starting with 6-10 hours per week. This job would be perfect for a student, busy mother, or anyone who needs a flexible work schedule.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Scanning, filing, emailing, and uploading documents
· Creating Excel and Word documents/charts
· Managing bills and invoices paid on vendor websites
· Working directly with a realtor to meet their needs
· Using a multi-line phone
· Photo taking of properties
· Handling ingoing and outgoing mail
· Light bookkeeping
Requirements
· Ability to use a multi-line phone system, fax machine, scanner, and copier
· General computer knowledge (email, internet, Excel, Office, etc)
· Ability to stand and lift filing boxes
· Willingness to learn and work directly with a real estate agent
· Strong organizational skills
· Knowledge of paying bills/bookkeeping a plus
