The possible candidate must perform all repairs and maintenance of all heating/cooling and ventilating components common to residential operations. The candidate is required to maintain record keeping requirements and written reports as part of a daily routine, and have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve repairs. Experience in the repair, replacement and adjustment of residential operating systems is required and the candidate must perform preventative maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC equipment and systems Requirements: Potential candidate should have a at least 3 years as a Service Technician.
